Start the game with the USSR. Attacked Poland Romania and Yugoslavia. I made a solid industry and military. When you start a war with Germany things are very difficult. I have a lot more army.

I'll put a link to my save to see where I'm wrong. I think too much behind in the technology. And I think that my army is old.

Please tell me where I'm wrong.

I'm surprised you don't beat them easily.. You got a Pocket in Prussia, destroy them and retreat strategically follwoing elastic defense, let them exhaust and counterattack.
 
When playing as Russia you need to do a defense in depth and let the Germans attack and exhaust themselves. Retreat when you need to and don't let them form any big pockets of your troops. Once their event is over that gives them all kinds of bonuses in the initial attack things will go a lot better for you.
