How to definetly desactivate unit trade?

I've been experiencing the same issue, also playing as GDR, except everyone gave away their forces to the Soviet Union.

In fact, I have seen countries "annex" my expeditionary forces I sent them, losing control over them and being unable to get them back. This really needs to be adressed.

There's a bug in 1.03 where given expeditionary forces remain permanently in the receiving country upon game save/reload. Unfortunately this issue wasn't found and reported during the beta period of 1.03.
It's addressed for the next patch.

I had noticed this strange bug in one of my games. Germany had tons and tons of divisions with foreign names. I could only guess it had something to do with this. Hopefully that patch will come out soon enough
