I was just wondering how I manage to get concubines as an Indian ruler. I have seen some AI people that have them, but I can't figure it out.

I believe you should just ask either another ruler or someone in your realm; there should be a diplomacy option called 'Take Concubine.' At least, there was the last time I played as a Buddhist Indian.
