So, I have every single DLC and expansion of Vicky II that came out, but on GamersGate. I wanted to know if there's any plan whatsoever to port all these to Steam, or if I should get the game there when it's on sale or something - I'm a Steam completionist kind of gamer. :p

There's no reason to expect that will ever happen. The only reason CK2 players got the free keys was because Paradox stopped support for the GamersGate version, so for them to continue to get the updates they were promised they had to be on Steam.

I reasoned the very same. Still, I'd like to hear an official statement or something before I get to spend money on Steam for a game I already own. If even the possibility remains, then I will refrain from doing so. If not, well... :p

If I understand correctly Paradox has no plans to make future expansions to Victoria II. Only situation where I could imagine that the migration would happen would be if Paradox would completely revamp Vicky II and that just doesn't seem likely.
