Hi,
Fairly new to the HoI series of games, just wondering if it is possible to add the following contries to Iron Cross, as it appears to have more provinces in the game.

Biafra
Katanga
South Sudan
Somaliland

Also it possible to use the no time limit mod in Iron Cross.
