I made Pope my vassal and want to request a crusade on the kingdom of persia which is owned by the Ilkhanate.
All the conditions are green but the "send" button is grey out.
I can still successfully request crusade on other sunni\tengri countries even on indians.
Any idea why I can't request a crusade on the mongols(they are sunni)?
