Hi there, how is it possible ( procedure ? ) to release some nations as INDEPENDANT nations and not as satellites/dominions ???

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Two ways:
1) Release, click "Play As", save, reload as the nation that did the releasing.
2) There's the GTFO mod, which is integrated in the POP Demand Mod (and probably others. NNM?). This gives you decisions to boot a vassal from your sphere.
The obvious question is: Why??
