New game doesn't start !!!!!

Hi there, i just bought Victoria 2 and AHD and HOD on the website of Steam, i installed it and tried to launch the game but... after the presentation video, it stays on " map initializing" and never start.... it appears that there is a problem in a file of the game i presume...

What do i have to do for correcting it??? Please help me i really want to try my new game !!!!!!!!!
 
in fact, when i go on the task manager i get the following message : " file exception - exception in: virtualfilesystem.cpp, line: 662. description: specified file is not found "
PLEASE help me !!!
 
I can't remember exactly how I fixed it but I had the same problem. You have to launch the game without Steam, there is a solution on the Steam users' forums if you google it iirc.
