AOD 1.07 Germany - after anschluss, all provinces in Austria have 0.00% ESE and will not rise. Sudeten event yields same result in Czech provinces.

After saving and reloading the game, all provinces suddenly back to 100.00%.

???

It takes some time till ESE expands to the newly aquired provinces. It works similar if you conquer them. It is not bug, it is feature.

That might be considered a bug. There are quite some save and reload issues.

Anyway i highly recommand upgrading to 1.08.

Do you know why this feature was implemented? What effect it will have on units invading Poland/France/Russia?

More importantly, can it be changed in the misc file or is it hardcoded?

If your units are advancing very fast this can exhaust their stockpiles. Therefore divisions with bigger stockpiles like armour or brigaded divisions are less effected by it. In regions of high infra ESE appears to advance faster. IRL slowly advancing supply lines were a relevant treshold to military campaigns.

It appears to be hardcoded.
