I propose a new holy order known as the Knights who say Ni.
They have no upkeep and cost a shrubbery.

I totally approve. While you're in their debt, they can also ask you to cut the largest tree in the forest with a herring.

I'd really like to see each of the Pagan groups have 2 of them. As it is, the 1 always tends to get a fief quickly in any game that a religion reforms.

In that case enemy armies must get a tactic not dissimilar to "Stand firm" whereby they shout "IT!" continuously, causing the Holy Order massive morale damage.
