After you get a few separate standing retinues, the task of keeping them supplied with leaders gets very tiring. They are always dying off, and for every war you have to manually click through each army and each army's flank to choose a new leader from a list. I think it wouldnt be too hard to automatically put in a new leader every time one dies. It would remove a little bit of tediousness from an already micromangement-heavy game.
