Steam keys for non Steam versions or vice versa?

Accidentally I bought the Steam version of the Inland Shipping DLC.
But I have the non-Steam version of the main game from Gamersgate.
Is there a way to get this version to Steam?
Or to get a key for the non Steam version of the DLC?
Just asking.
