Hello people !
It is just my two cents, I don't know if the devs are ever gonna even read this, but I had this idea last week :

Currently we can all agree that roman/byzantine empire admnistration is very poorly represented as feodalism is far from it.
And then I looked at the catholic church : they can nominate successors to churches.
So here I thought : why not do the same ?
we can have a king title owning a town in Constantinople called the Senate that could have the ability to appoint successors to county or even duchies
We would also need to remove the malus opinion from towns against the emperor
then we can do that depending on the crown authority, you can or not revoke titles, you get malus points or not.

I don't know if it's moddable but I thought it would be cool :)
