How to increase jingoism

Hi, quite often when I play, I at some point want to go to war, and never have enough jingoism to get more than 1 wargoal. This is quite annoying since I can't possible spam the elections anymore than I am. Any other tricks for increasing jingoism out there?

1) Win large battles in war
2) Pass desired reforms (often leads to a large jingoism increase)
3) Pass time while at war
4) Don't have already expanded too much
5) Keep a low level of war exhaustion

hold elections and always go for the jingoism option.
