I finally finished my first ironman 867-start game with my Europe-spawning-Scandinavia and the "Export Game" button in end screen doesn't work. No matter how many times I click it, it does nothing! Am I missing something?

Does the converter appear in your DLC list in game launcher? Lots of folks including myself were wondering the same thing when it came out and turned out that Steam didn't install the DLC on its own, had to revalidate local files or whatever it's called in English.
