I cannot seem to destroy some of my kingdom titles. I am playing as Byzantium, and while I can destroy the ones that within the dejure empire, it appears that the ones that are not part of the dejure empire can be destroyed, even if they are not gavelkind. Odd bug or is there something I am missing?

The issue is if ANY of your TOP-TIER titles are Gavelkind, then you can't destroy any Kingdom titles (even if those Kingdoms are NOT Gavelkind).

Are any of your Emperor titles Gavelkind?

I do. I have about 3k. Like I said, I can destroy k_georgia and k_serbia, but k_italy cannot be destroyed.

Any gavelkind title cannot be destroyed manually, as far as I'm aware.
