Because I've been asking a lot of them, haha. But hey, learning how to mod for the first time can be frustrating.

I bring my fellow community 2 questions this time:

1) How can I mod my religion (a created one) as to allow females to be generals and hold any position much like the Cathar heresy? I've made it so the religion only allows Enatic succession, so only females can inherit, yet they can't be generals or hold council positions.
I made it once, but now I tried it a second time, and I can't really tell what's different in my new files but it doesn't work anymore. So I'm asking if anyone knows what exact parameter line allows them full access to generaling and position holding?

2) I've checked a lot of events on the vanilla CK2 files, and there's a lot of parameters with the words "ROOT", "PREV", "THIS" and so on. I don't know much about programming or modding, so I was wondering if anyone can explain what that is to me, or just link me to somewhere which has a description?

Thank you, again. :p
