We find this proper, and therefore appoint our cousin Prince Zhong of Qing, as Protector General (都護) and Marquess of Shanghai of the First Rank (等侯).

GM note: After over a month, less than five full pages, and a week with no new posts, I'm gonna call this one a wrap. I enjoyed it and should have known better than to start such a niche IAAR. Hopefully my next IAAR, if I decide to launch one, will be a little more successful. It's been fun.
