Forever Stuck in a Loading Screen

- How does the issue present itself?
Every time I attempt to start a game, I end up getting stuck on the loading screen. The game boots up just fine, I can play with my settings just fine, I have zero issues with people joining my games in DM Mode, but whenever I attempt to start the game, it goes to the loading screen and my computer begins to load forever. When I force the game to quit, my task manager processes says that the .exe is still running and suddenly nothing on my computer wants to respond, so I restart my computer because I have no other choice. To force quit, I have to go into the Processes tree in my Task Manager, and force the process to shut down, but even then it's hit or miss.

- Under what circumstance does it appear?
Simply trying to start a game in DM Mode. I haven't tried starting any other games because I am not going to force my computer to shut down any more and risk damaging anything.

- Do you get any error message?
No, no error message is accompanied.

- Is your computer meeting the system requirements?
Yes, my computer far exceeds the requirements for this game.

I haven't. I'm going to do that really quick, test the game, and then will edit with the results.

EDIT: After finding the product and searching for the drivers, it seems that my drivers are, in fact, up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my GPU drivers, I will try the game and get back to this edit.

EDIT 2: So, after reinstalling my latest drivers, the game now allows me to play regular matches but perpetually puts me in a loading screen for DM Mode. The problem is not that the game stops responding or my computer locks up, the characters on the loading screen continue running. It's just that I never move beyond that screen. My fiancee's computer is practically a mirror image of my own and I built both of them. She is able to run any mode in the game with zero issues.

Have you checked whether there could be a conflict with any antivirus/firewall blocking the game from creating a connection?

Yup. I did that. I created exceptions in my firewall and my anti-virus. The connection doesn't seem to be any kind of an issue. My fiancee can connect to my games with zero issues, the problem comes when I try to start the DM Mode game. Her and I tried to run a DM Mode with her computer (which worked fine before I joined it.) and once I was in the game lobby, she started the game and the exact same thing happened. So, when I start a DM Mode game, I get stuck on a loading screen, regardless if I'm hosting it or someone else is.
