CK2 to EU converter

So, I looked in the forums for an answer to this and I didnt see one so I thought I would ask.

I have CK2 GG and EU4 Steam. I have the pre-order and the converter is in the DLC folder as far as I can tell, but it doesnt show up on the launcher as one of the DLC's and the converter is grey'd out in the save menu. Is there something I can do to insure this is working properly?

Did you purchase EU4 directly from Steam, or did you buy it from GG and redeem it in Steam? I pre-ordered EU4 from GG and redeemed in Steam. Was able to install the converter in my GG copy of CK2, then export to my Steam copy of EU4. I think if you bought it directly from Steam you may not be able to use the converter.

If you did get it from GG, did you go into the ingame store and install it there?

Edit: But yes you'd probably be better off posting this in tech support

Gah I got my EU4 through Steam direct.
