The Three Mountains: A Ryukyu AAR

Emperor Shitatsu Sho comes to a halt during his stroll along one of his many coastlines. Boko: military adviser and personal guard of Shitatsu asks about the perplexed look on his face.

"My friend...I can't help but feel as if I've been here before"

Welcome to my gameplay AAR of Ryukyu. I will attempt to conquer the world on Ironman mode to gain The Three Mountains achievement...again. Two years ago I accomplished this when achievements from EU3 were still online:

Now I must try again in EU4. I will most likely fail. There is much I do not know about Europa Universalis IV. Things will go right, many more will go wrong and for all we know there are twenty gamebreaking bugs right around the corner.

So I will not promise smooth sailing. I will not assure you that this will be completed without a restart two hundred years in and I won't even try to convince you that this will be pleasant reading, but I will get that achievement and Ryukyu will be reborn again.

So let's not get bogged down with that, let's get stuck right in!

Bringing communism to the masses again? :)

Subbing, always enjoyed your investigations of game mechanics - especially now since my PC is too flaky to run EU4 - as I found out the hard way last night :(

You have to fix that, how can I read your AARs when you do not create them?

@DDRJake: Nice to see you try it again. Even if you do not succeed, I expect the AAR to be very educational.
