Hey Folks,
I find it hard to understand the victory conditions of the game, as the manual is here rather unclear. Ok, what I know now: to win, you need min. 7 provinces as a sea power and min. 7 provinces land power. Then you have to be dominant on land and sea and you must ensure that each leading power no longer has 7 victory provinces, so you are the only dominant power. Right so far?
Furthermore, someone told me, that it is necessary to have all of its own core provinces. Is that true? If so, it is sufficient to control them or do I have to own them (peace treaty)?
Can anybody help with this?

You need to hold all the core provinces of your nation yourself. wich tends to be easy since u usaly start with all your core provinces or atleast a vast vast majority of them

aslong as you have "controll" over the core provinces it's fine even if they are just occupied by you in a war
