I was trying to get Siam out of UK sphere whilst simutanously trying to make a war justification on them.
Suddenly I was banned from the embassy, but the war justification process also stopped.

Is this WAD ?
I have never noticed this before.

Justifying war counts as a diplomatic action, and being banned prevents all diplomatic actions. Yes, it doesn't make much sense, but that's how it works ATM.

No kidding, you could lock a GP into never justifying a war forever pretty easily.
