Note I have tried .net fix and xna fix neither solved my issue. Also tried the other fix on steam forums.
DxDiag also attached Also verified integrity/reinstalled and even got a copy from another retailer due to being told it was a steam issue note I am on windows vista x64 business if that makes a difference.
