Not the conditions for starting the ticker, but the conditions for actually being able to add the wargoal. I find that I'm unable to add that goal to UK alot, anyone know why that is?

You can't add it if they've lost a war in the past 5 years, preventing prestige from dropping too fast.

Does anyone know how the ticking warscore for humiliate actually works? The tooltip says it's fulfilled when 5 battles have been fought and you have a winning battles warscore, but it definitely is way off from my experience.
