Hello handsome villains and evil vixens,

It’s been a while since our last patch! Rest assured that we didn’t rest assured, as we’ve been making a lot of fundamental improvements to the game and working on new content. You should start to see a lot of new stuff for Dungeonland in the following weeks.

In this patch, we fixed some really hairy and complicated bugs, especially one that was causing some people to get stuck while trying to rebind their controls.

You will see big changes coming to Dungeon Master Mode as well. We have reworked all difficulty settings in the game, and changed how your Gold bonuses work at the end of your matches.

Some reviewers of the game complained that there was too much “grind” in the early game. Since we never intended for Dungeonland to be about grinding, we have made some changes to our economy. New profiles will now start with 2 Perks already unlocked, and we significantly lowered the price of a few Perks that we consider useful for noobs.

Now cry and despair when you find out that you’ll *still* die a lot anyway!

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where the "With My Own Hands" achievement would be impossible to complete.
Fixed a bug where the "Challenge Accepted" achievement would be impossible to complete.
Fixed a bug where the Elite Skeleton arrow would fly over a hero without hitting.
Fixed a bug that would cause heroes to respawn outside Rides and Chambers after a client drops in.
Fixed a bug where some invisible monsters would not become visible when using special abilities.
Fixed a bug where thrown sheep would sometimes not reload the sheep turret.
Fixed a bug that would cause players to become locked in the input configurations screens even though all keys are bound.
Fixed a bug where the Mana Mimic chest would block player progress through the level
Fixed a bug where selecting “Quit” on the scoreboard when logged in as a second or third local player would cause your progress in the match (gold, etc) to be erased.
Fixed a bug where monsters would not play their “hit” sounds when attacked by Mage.
Fixed a bug where players would be stuck outside the Log Simulator ride.
Fixed a bug where the Warrior AI would not be able to attack Hippo the Griffon.
Fixed a bug where using the mouse wheel to navigate the Lobby would sometimes create artifacts

Improvements and Optimizations
You can now view active Challenges in the Pause Menu.
Overall game performance improvements
Small improvements in AI movement.
Increased time after Hero Victory in Dungeon Master Mode from 8 to 16 seconds to allow for proper teabagging.
Minor improvements and fixes on Cannibal Kingdom’s light bake.

Rearranged DM Mode difficulties: what was once considered "NORMAL" difficulty is now "HARD"
Old "Very Hard" DM Mode difficulty removed
New "Very Easy" DM Mode difficulty created
Life Perk purchase price from 1250 to 500
The "Cruel" perk is now available for new players for free
The "Protection" perk is now available for new players for free
Reduced the cost of the "Life" perk from 1250 to 350
AI Bots now equip the "Cruel" and "Protection" perks
Mana Mimics now disappear after they are opened
 
Appreciate the update but why fix bugs for people who can play when there are people that can't even play?
Still can't join most of the games, and my friends can't join my games.

Please give connectivity bugs priority. More than 1 month after release and still can't play it.
 
The evil bar is used to gain the ability to use Danger Events as the dungeon master.
So it is a gameplay element.
