Hi folks, not sure if this is intended, or if it's a bug of some kind. On occasion, I hand over the internet to the other PC in the house, so the family can surf the web while I play games, but with Impire I've noticed that every time I start Steam in Offline mode, the campaing won't load. Not a saved game, not even a new game, it just pushes me to the Skirmish menu.
I haven't played it in co-op or anything, it's just singleplayer.
Is this how it's supposed to work, or is it a bug?

I guess steam keeps track of your progress so you must at least log in when you start. I still don´t understand why you have to "hand over internet to another PC" and not share it. Since you are not playing multilayer the game does not occupy significant bandwidth to slow someone else´s surfing.

Hello unacomn,

This should indeed be fixed.

I was unable to reproduce this: I tested to unplug my network cable and run Steam in offline mode and was still able to play Impire. (Version 1.1.0.9)
Try updating the game to the latest version with Steam and try again.
Please let me know if your still experiencing problems with this so that we can help you.

Best regards,
Frall
