Bad performances

Hi, i am unsure if i' addressing this to the right place but here it is: the fps in this game are horrible. I have a core 2 quad at 2.83ghz, 6 gb ram, nvidia 570 gtx running on windows 7 x64. When I run a meter on my CPU and GPU, cpu shows 62% activity, GPU 40%. And still the game runs horribly slow. Changing the game settings from very low to very high makes no difference at all as to the fps. What can I do about it? Thanks

Alright, I feel I've given this enough time. Am I to conclude no support will be provided to customers who bought the game and are having issues? Or am I simply not posting this to the correct place? Anyone?

sorry to see you have issues I am just another gamer but I think you should read the reply in this thread as I think it applies in general to all issues.

After an email exchange with the tech support, I've been told this game was not supported anymore. I was offered a small compensation since the game is not playable on my end.
