Maybe I'm still a noob, but is there anyway to stop countries you release becoming great powers?
Example, I was playing as the UK, colonized New Zealand and decided to release them as a Vassal, but when I released them, they also were allocated almost the same amount of prestige as myself, and because the UK tends to easily gain prestige, they shortly after became a great power as their prestige alone gave them a higher score than some of the other GPs.
I'm using PDM, but is there any way that this can be stopped, or is there a mod I can download that fixes this?
