I am being really daft I know, but I can't find a screen showing me the list of primary / accepted cultures in my country. Could anyone please tell me where I find it? (Playing AHD).

In the diplomacy window, with your country selected, under your Flag there's your scores and under that your population. The first row lists your Primary, second row your accepted.

On the right side of the diplomacy screen, under "population". The first line is your primary culture, the second is your accepted cultures.
