Bethrothals Problem

I haven't been playing in a while and had to download the last two updates, now when I do bethrothals they work fine but when it comes time to marry them I cannot marry them, there is no event message or anything, I end up having to break the bethrothal and arranging the marriage myself. Example I play as the King of Ireland and have a bethrothal with the duchess of Moray who is about to come of age in a few years, When she does come of age I get messages every so often at the top of the screen of her asking for a matrilineal marriage, i keep refusing them, and I try to arrange a marriage with her while we are bethrothed, her or my character do not show up i geuss because they are bethrothed, but this use to work before the new updates. Now I have to break the bethrothal and do an arranged marriage which sucks, does anyone know how to fix this, they are both completely compatible. So far i've tried to check the message settings, when i looked at the events section there was absolutely nothing there, its blank could that be the problem.

I guess she just declining your offers, because she has the land? Or there is some serious bug.

This is a bug, I get it too, they are betrothred but they don't appear when I try to arrange the marriage, I have to break betrothal and them marry again, sometimes this makes me lose the marriage because of opinion loss, and if I didn't betroth at all they would probably married someone else first. I hope they fix it in the next patch.

Is this because you disabled the "Betrothed can marry" notification, or can you normally go into the marriage option and have the two betrothed marry?

If you have a save game where this is happening? I'd be happy to have a look if you upload it to confirm whether or not it's a bug.
