Full list of countries?

Hi. I'm just wandering if there is a list of all the countries that can possibly be made in Darkest Hour in the latest mod, both normal countries and ones that can only exist through being liberated. I am interested because I have seen several such countries that don't exist in OTL appearing either as a liberation option or when a country has really high dissadence. Thank you
