    Becoming Elector through Personal-Union?

Just wondering if that's possible: say that...you're Austria, and are in PU with Bohemia, would you become an elector if you inherit them? (though it didn't happen historically)

I believe that it happened historically a few times, with someone in Thüringia inheriting the Duchy of Saxony, but they then took Saxony as their primary title. But yes, I believe that you will become an elector

I saw it also happen to non-HRE nations, in one of my games, Sweden inherited Saxony and became an elector. Don't remember which game version that was.

It happened to me playing as Burgundy; I inherited Brandenburg and became an elector in DW 5.1.

HRE state inheriting Elector guarantees Electorship the first time it's done. You can't inherit multiple votes through that, of course, but you can get one.
