Should I stay in Europe as my extremely big land democracy there or should I just move from my colonies in South America to where the Inca is (I mean taking their gold provinces and everything)?

PLease take this to your old thread: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/...ountry-too-big
Where we are by the way still considering wether you are serious or just messing around.

So I decided to conquer the Inca but it failed because there's too many revolts there. :|
Then I made a truce (then a province defected) and made them free their vassal then conquered and released them, I'm thinking of giving it all my non-gold provinces (except the Northern provinces).
Is it worth it? I need to keep my country as small as I can but my relations are going down with everyone and I can't seem to get a alliance with anyone powerful. Only thing that I'm sure that's keeping me alive is that I'm a HRE member.

I would advise you to get a lot of land in the Americas and just move over there, and building rush the crap out of all your provinces. Then come back to Europe and stomp all over people. That was what I did with Athens.

What about technology and stability? It'll take a long time to recover if I keep those. :S
And look at this.

My next goal is to conquer the green thing in Eastern Africa.
Should I just colonize Southern Central America and whatever still left in Northern South America? Canada is useless and Portugal (and everyone) isn't giving me a opening into the North.
What is this 'building rush'? I just build whatever makes money. :S
PS: I can always just go to my last year's save and get my territories from my vassal.

If you get up a good trade income, you can support a goodly number of provinces with buildings without falling too far behind.
Building rush is essentially just building what makes money, but you save up before hitting the tech level that unlocks a building then just build like 30 of that building at once.
I wasn't aware that South America was mostly unoccupied. If you can, try and take some of the southern parts of it if there's enough, otherwise just get to the East Indies, which seems to be fairly open and would be my suggestion. Don't bother with Africa at this point if you're worried about tech and stability, or just cherry pick their gold provinces and enough of the others (should only be 1 or 2) to connect those to the sea.
