PDS have made clear that EU4 will have an entirely new MP system, so you'd imagine this is to do with that.

Paradox Interactive is a large publisher, that also owns 3 studios...
1) What most people here seems to think is "paradox games", ie EU, HoI, Victoria, CK2, etc.. are being developed by Paradox Development Studio, aka PDS. Since January 1st 2012, we are a separate company, to have our own identity. We are all based in Stockholm, sharing an office with PI and the North Studio. I'm in charge of that.
2) Paradox South is a newly founded studio located in Skövde. Currently doing DLC and/or art for other teams PI works with, including PDS.
3) Paradox North, also located in Stockholm... lots of industry veterans there, and thats all I can say
Interesting about Paradox South... so theoretically two PDS studios could be getting expansions/DLCs similaneously.
Well it's more like "new sprites" DLC, not gameplay stuff, so not really.
