YES! How much of the game has been developed so far?
 
I'm REALLY curious as to what will be different as EU3 is kinda one of the richest pdox game right now, this is going to be quite interesting

They're throwing out the badboy system in favor of something a little less arbitrary. Something like the CK2 system probably.
