How to edit a save

Hi,

How do I edit a save ? More specificaly, I'm trying to figure out how to modify manpower in a saved game, if it's possible.

1. You need a program to open a save (Notepad can do it, however, large files cause some problems, Notepad++ is safer).

Search for "country = {
tag = TAG_YOU_WANT_TO_EDIT_HERE

Down there, beyond Leaders and ministers there is a line "manpower = #" where # is a number. You have to edit this one.
