Retrofitting

I have seen few posts about bugged "Retrofit" option. But no trace of that problem been fixed.
So guys from "Paradox" FIX it already, please! Iv tired from this button disappearing once I want to press it!

P.S.: And "yes" I have all tech researched to actually do "Retrofitting". And "yes" Iv read the others threads and tried all available options to "catch" this "elusive retrofit button", but it keeps disappearing!

is the naval base lvl 3? and your empire's colony in the system? i have no trouble retrofitting ships.

if you're talking about designing a retrofitted ship; you need to press retrofit first before making any design changes.

-sighs- I guess I didn't made myself clear.
I CAN'T PRESS THE "RETROFIT" BUTTON AT ALL.
Because it disappears every time, once I try to move my cursor over IT. Doesn't matter if I want to retrofit the base or the ships, everywhere the same story.

There is no button in the RIGHT BOTTOM corner (but it looks like there is one) so the "RETROFIT" Button will never work. You have to press the button on the left side to do retrofit. Same button where you usually make a new design.

Well, perhaps I have to clarify more. The problem I made this post for, is the "disappearing retrofit button", in the screens when you try to retrofit the military station or in Fleet manager screen when you try to retrofit ships via right-click and popping up "Retrofit button" <= which disappears

use fraps to capture the issue, then people will go "aha didnt know that"
