Only reason I ask is I'd like to make some videos / forum posts on other forums, but I can't due to the NDA.

Did the statement of the producers changed since this post ? I saw people that started to stream the beta of this game, which I would be glad to be able to do too.
But before doing such thing, I would like to have a confirmation as long as I don't want to be banned or something like that.

The NDA is still in effect. Those that are streaming it are breaking the NDA.
