Decadence:Are You suppose to land your Brothers then Kill them or just Kill them.
In my Damascus game.I'm trying to figure out what I'm suppose to do with all my sons/Brothers. I know if they are pretenders they hate me, but i want to keep Decadence low. I noticed after I landed my second son with a city.Decadence started going up.Also decadence goes up with unlanded brother also.(I have a plot set to kill him)
Someone explain Decadence and how to control it?(Is it like infamy in EU3)

AFAIK plotting to kill muslim brothers/family can net you a 'kinslayer' trait right now in 1.05b, this is probably a bug, but don't plot to kill them.
Just imprison them first, you can do it without tyranny, then you can execute them, or let them rot. They won't generate decadence while in prison.
For your kids, you can land them with a suitable amount of land, see the religion tab to see who is decadent and who 'deserves' more land or not, or you can make them into council members. You cannot imprison/execute your own kids, but you CAN imprison your grandkids. Just be aware that imprisoning and executing your grandkids will piss off that parent (and their wife, which will likely plot to kill you).
Last thought: Make sure you don't go over your demesne limit, it will increase decadence gain, and if you do hand out titles, make sure you let a full month pass (day 1 of next month) before you make any more radical changes. Decadence calculations appear to be made on the 1st of every month, so you might not need to pawn off as much land as you think to make people happy.
