I want to attack Bohemia, but I cannot. The game asks me to break the alliance first, even though I am not allied with Bohemia anymore. I know that when you're at war with someone, and another country is on the same side, the game treats them as allies. But it's not the case here, Bohemia is not at war with anyone!
They are also in that holy war that you are in at the moment, and being on the same side in a war counts as allies.
What do you base that on? They are not listed among the countries in the "war screen", and there's no "at war with.." in their info panel.
Oh, my mistake. I thought that the first pic was about Bohemia. But have you tried reloading?

Bohemia does have truces with the same four nations as you do. Looks like that war wasn't properly ended somehow. Which game version are you playing?

It is extremely annoying, as I am finally in a situation when I could attack Bohemia consequence-free (the emperor is "allied in a war" with me, and would not defend them).
I have had that exact problem, playing as naples, I had an alliance with austria until i formed italy, the alliance got broke some how, no matter what I could not declare war on them, nor them on me, said "break the alliance first", this went on for at least 75 years, never went away no matter how many times I reloaded, we were in countless wars, and at peace, could never declare war, i assume it is just a glitch
This would be terrifyingly unacceptable! Does anyone know a way to fix it (modify the save, perhaps)?
If not, I'll have to load a save from before the previous war and not call Bohemia to arms, I hope that'll work, at least.
I have the same bug as Orissa, it says i am allied in a war with Gondwana yet neither of us are at war with anyone, i cannot attack them and i need their land to form Hindustan!
I tried saving and reloading didn't work, i tried loading up the save as their country to attack my country but cannot. We are stuck in an alliance i never made or wanted.
I tried to load an older save and I noticed that the game went INSANE, there's a whole bunch of countries to which I'm supposedly allied (and I'm not)
This sounds like the horde war bug to me. You may want to look that up in the bug fix forum for directions on finding and removing the applicable war.
As for the OP... Was Bohemia ever involved in your current war with the Ottomans? Seems somewhat likely based on having the same truces as you do and this sometimes causes strangeness.

At some point you would have been in a horde war or war with a nation that has since been annexed with Bohemia on your side. The game does not always "end" the war properly in this instance and still acts as though the war is still active.
Note, editing your save game will disable achievements for it.

Plus i forgot the fact all achievements have now been removed for everyone!
But how is that even possible, when there are no "hordes" in D&T? I reinstalled the game, so I won't be using that fix. Still, I'll save it if I have this problem ever again, thanks.
