I like that you're so enthusiastic about the game bud as I've seen you sign up for a ton of games lately and I'm sure you've done lots of single player and know how the game works. However I'd like to see you prove yourself in MP before tackling a major nation which requires MP experience. I'm more than happy to give you a European nation but choose 2 majors and 3 minors. At the moment 4 out of the 5 nations in your list are major nations.

You and Humperdinck seem to know each other and I tried my best to keep potential friends from previous games play neighboring major nations. Another reason is that I've seen Ashalia play and I know hes competent. Talk to Humperdinck if he's fine with giving you France and taking Manchu I don't mind changing. It was a tough decision choosing you or Humperdinck. Sorry if you're disappointed.

I think there has been some confusion here.

Sub Space and I know each other trough this community, we have played surprisingly few sessions together.
I subbed Venice in Immer Treu were Sub Space played the Ottomans
In vacca finita he played Castille and I England.

We greeted each other the 28th of June, starting out as strangers.

Its safe to assume that I would not trust Sub Space to cover my back and I suspect he trusts me as little as I trust him, I believe that is why he is backing out of that Holland spot, with me in France he is not at all interested in it.
