Their gameplay is fairly easy actually;
1. Conquer Morocco. Then possibly Egypt when infamy recovers.
2. Get all the needed education techs and get your clergy to 4%.
3. Educate your people while working on colonization techs and ports around Africa.
4. With piles of prestige and resources from colonizing Africa, build some modern industry.
5. You can sphere South America instead of reconquering, there isn't much to gain there other than resources.
6. You can convert a few nice places to states by game's end and build factories there too. Manila, Cuba.
