I'm fine taking it as is but would prefer it in better shape...malacca is still in good position that's not the reason for my wanting to move Porto just seems like a nation that would suit me and the game better allowing marchels to form Malaya and to have a Porto period...just curious

Well, you can move to Porto if you want. Though, talk to Piri about it on Skype, and see if you guys can decide anything.
If you can't work out a deal, then just stay as Malacca.
