I've no idea. Keep in mind that NNM wouldn't have APD's new goods in its RGO's, so changing the economy over to APD is more difficult than just swapping over the common files. As for the poptype files, APD has a bunch of new issues and ideology which NNM wouldn't have... so those files wouldn't work unless those issues and ideologies were also added.
I'm really looking forward to trying to form Maghreb. That region felt kinda empty to play ambition-wise, and Maghreb makes sense. The Middle East in general could use some more ambitions for players who like to play uncivs.
I suppose I can merge NNM to APD myself, I'm somewhat competent at modding Paradox games. I at least want the new unions.

I think so. I was thinking of an Egypt->Arab Union->Caliphate, myself(Though the -60% modifier to Muhammed's Reforms is brutal).

Yeah, one of the problems seems to be that the regular : mobilised ratio is much more than it used to be, thanks to having 1000 men equal a regiment. Used to be mobilizing could give roughly equal numbers, not so much anymore.

Isn't Danubian Federation already in? I think Connor Mulleheim did a PDM Ottoman AAR, and it had the Danubian Confederation.

Danubian Federation is just the current name for a republican Austria-Hungary. What I've done is created an alternate route for A-H to create a United States of Greater Austria, a plan that was scuttled by WW1.
That I did, its the name for a democratic Austro-Hungary, but this is different, so to speak
