I've been asked to play the Palatinate tomorrow, since the regular player will be absent.

I have two questions regarding the mod. First, do I need the latest beta patch? Second, the first post says that the "latest version, 7.0" of Death and Taxes will be used, but the "latest version" in the Death and Taxes thread is 7.2. Which one should I download?
