Defending India​

Now that the Syndicalist threat had been dealt with the newly reborn Empire had to start defending itself. While the main force of Turkestan armies were fighting in Afghanistan, India and in the north against the Soviets, who had now declared war on Turkestan. Our marines were able to sneak in to the Gulf of Persia and start invasion to Persia.

By March the Marines had established a foothold in Persia and British armed forces were able to spread across Persia and start a counter offensive.

Thanks to the Soviet success in conquering the Turkestan lands in the north we were able to defeat Turkestan once and for all.

For their help in the resistance against Turkestan the King decided to grant Persia an puppet status in the Empire.

What is British Empire without the Raj?​

Now that most of the Royal Marines were in India the Raj asked their help to reconquer southern India. The King accepted this as what would be British Empire without British India?

The first to fight were the Delhian armies that had been left out of most of the fights against Turkestan.

The Delhian armies were quite competent and much of the fighting was done by the Delhians themselves as the Marines were still returning from Persia.

June 25th the Princely Federation surrendered to Delhi and southern India was once again in the hands of British India.

Not that rocky road to Dublin​

Now that the King was on a roll of returning lands to the Empire next on the list was Ireland.

Royal Marines started three simultaneous assaults on the beaches of Ireland.

Trough Waterford the Marines were able to attack Belfast my land and assist the the assault on Belfast.

Two days after fall of Belfast Ireland surrendered.

Once again the Britons returned to Ulster.

South Africa returns to Entente. Wait a minute?​

Joy oh joy. South Africa decided to return to the Entente but not because they wanted to but because they needed our help.

We realized that we had been fooled when Portugal assaulted our ships in the Gulf of Cadiz.

The King and the Parliament considered this as an aggression towards the British Empire and an direct declaration of war. They sent the Canadian Navy to deal with the Portuguese naval forces.

In April British troops had entered Portugal and they were forced to accept a dominion status in the British Empire.

Back in Russia the Soviets finally decided that their new capital should be in Moscow.

Now that we were again in control of Ireland the economy started to recover.

Also I'm waiting for Soviets to do something drastic that will set the world in flames again now that Weltkrieg part 2 has ended in the defeat of Syndicalism.

First General Elections of New British Empire​

Wars were over for now on the British Empires part. But there now was a hole in the power balance after the fall of UoB and the Syndicalist bloc. It created an opportunity for Carlist Spain to try and create their own bloc.

Austria had been long troubled by incompetency and in 1946 Monte Negro decided to break out from the Empire.

In October 1946 the First General Elections after the liberation were held. It was a sign that Britain was build on democratic ideals.

Henry Page Croft and his National Party took the victory and the hearts of the people.

Austria had seen an opportunity in Italy and while the Germans hadn't care a rats arse about Italy Austria made it their puppet.

Ramsay's proposition​

Not long after the election and National Party's rise to power Henry Page Croft passed away and Archibald Ramsay was chosen as his successor.

Ramsay passed trough a policy that Ireland was now officially part of the British Empire and it shall be governed directly from London.

I guess the Irish were somewhat confused as they thought that they had limited self governance. But nevertheless Ulster was declared for ever part of British Rule.

Not soon after his nomination Ramsay tried to demolish the democracy of Britain by postponing the elections for ever. But the King was not eager to get rid of Democracy so easily.

Well not all of the Irish people were so eager to accept the British rule and IRA started campaigning for a free Ireland. Fools.

The Hardliners took power in Germany in the elections of 1947. What would come out of this.

In Soviet Republic the head of state Marshall Tukhachvesky or Tukka-Jeesus as the right wingers in Finland called him was killed.

Once again Ramsay was turned down by the King.
