    Weird graphics bug - please help

    When I start my Victoria II AHD game I get weird black dots with sea water-colored lines. Does anybody know what the issue could be?

    Hmm, you could try to delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 2\map\cache.

    If everything you try fails, reinstall.

    Are you having an ATI graphics card? one of their latest driver caused this issue, deleting that driver fixed it for me.
