Given my luck with Paradox betas, I wouldn't get in anyway o.o Besides making a separate e-mail address just for a beta, isn't that exactly what you do not want people to do? Creating lots of fake e-mail addresses to maximize your chance?
when i click submit on the sign up page, the text just flashes and does nothing. anyone else have this issue?

I think the problem is with e-mail addresses that contain underline ( _ ). I tried writing different addresses but not actually typing any steam username (so that the mail wouldn't be sent) and when I typed one without the underline it did't flash. EDIT: It seems that I've just got an invite on my old e-mail too... Just took a bit longer (a few days, to be more precise).

I just received a signup confirmation e-mail without having to sign up again. Maybe the issue has been fixed?
Damn,got one too.If it still isn't working for someone,try a different e-mail and maybe it gets yours from your steam account,not the one you enter.
I didnt try anything but klick on the thing a few times and I got it.
Its making it hard getting my friends to sign up when their emails dont work. They really need to fix this.

All that information is in line with what I've been hearing. Read before that this will be a generously priced $30 game and most recently I heard Gordon say in a gamespot demo that release is confirmed for September.
He also confirmed that the beta is finally dropping 'the second week of august' which hopefully means that we'll be able to play barely a week from now (and get our invites soon as well)!
Release is true atleast what was heard of from the newest videos and probably the rest too. Aswell as it will not be fully priced and all the mappacks are free. This I bet my honour on !
