What was Hitler's plan after Poland? I know he was planning for a war in 1945 but surely he had plans in the mean time.

he only had goals.
And anyway, plenty of German minorities outside of the Reich even after Danzig. So just take a pick.

It would depend on just how the war was avoided. After Munich the Germans offered Poland a sizable chunk of the Soviet Union in return for some form of German control of Danzig so the next step would probably be invading the USSR with their Polish allies whenever they thought they were ready (although that would be dependent upon Polish enthusiasm, which may not be forthcoming so who knows). Just how lebensraum would end up working with Poland in the way would be another vexing question. I don't think Germany making a play for a colonial empire outside of Europe would be entirely out of the question either at this point either. So there really are a lot of directions Germany could have gone, and they would be heavily dependent on the actions of other nations.
Also the 11th Party Congress "Rally of Peace" would be held in Nuremberg that year and it would be far more impressive than the previous ones.

Had the allies not declared war on germany over poland, they still would have continued preparation to do so later, while germany would have prepared for an attack on the soviets. If the later conflict starts first, there is a chance, the former never does, as long as the later does not seem to go too well for germany or the soviets. If they werent going to enter over a guranteed poland, they probably wouldnt over a communist complice of the culprit. Stalin would have probably been screwed. Would be interesting to know, how much he belived in an allied declaration on germany over poland when the MR-pact was signed - cause if he wasnt sure about that, he was quite a gambler...
